A 400m pool swim in the beautiful setting of Marl Pits Leisure Centre, Rawtenstall in the heart of the Lancashire Pennines.
A picturesque, yet undulating 21km bike ride which includes the “Crown Point Roller Coaster” and 9km of descent back into Rossendale.
A lapped 5km route with a mixture of trail & road, finishing on the track.
